By accessing or using the Tango Tango application (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate this requirement.

3. AI-Generated Content

All characters, images, voices, and video content on this platform are entirely AI-generated. No real individuals are depicted, represented, or referenced. Characters are fictional entities created by artificial intelligence. Any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Credit purchases are non-refundable. Image unlocks are permanent for your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share or redistribute premium content outside the platform
  • Attempt to bypass subscription or credit requirements
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Create accounts for users under 18 years of age
  • Reverse-engineer or scrape content from the platform
  • Use automated tools to access the Service

6. Content Ownership

All AI-generated content remains the property of Tango Tango. Your subscription and credit purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view the unlocked content within the platform.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Credit purchases are non-refundable once credits have been added to your account. Contact support for refund requests.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
